Pier 3 is situated in the Downtown Ferry terminal in the heart of Auckland City. It's just a 30-minute drive from Auckland Airport and a 2 minute walk from Britomart Train Station. There's no ticketing office for this ferry service and you will need to purchase a ticket at one of the Auckland Transport machines located just inside the ferry terminal or you can tag on with your AT Hop Card. Coffee shops are located across the road and nearby if you arrive early or need to grab a drink or snack before boarding. Our ferries do not have a café/bar onboard, so on this route no food or drinks can be purchased. You can travel with your bike to and from Pine Harbour. They will be parked on the back deck for the duration of the sailing.
