I/We understand that SeaLink doesn’t allow children under 14 to travel alone unless permission is given by a parent or guardian. I confirm the minor travelling is over 10 years old.

I also confirm that the person seeing them off will stay at the terminal until the ferry departs, and someone will be at the destination terminal at the scheduled arrival time to meet them. If no one is there to meet the minor, I authorise SeaLink to take whatever steps they think are needed to ensure the child’s safety.

I acknowledge the minor must remain in the passenger cabin during the journey and follow all crew instructions.

I/We agree to indemnify SeaLink Travel Group NZ Ltd / SeaLink New Zealand Ltd against any actions, claims, costs, or expenses that might come up directly or indirectly from not following SeaLink’s Terms and Conditions.
